Negative Ions Heal

NEGATIVE IONS HEAL

Negative Ions are so beneficial to human health that they're referred to as "Vitamins of the Air". Ions are molecules that have gained or lost an electrical charge. . They are created in nature as air molecules break apart due to sunlight, radiation, and moving air and water. You may have experienced the power of negative ions when you last set foot on the beach or walked beneath a waterfall. While part of the euphoria is simply being around these wondrous settings and away from the normal pressures of home and work, the air circulating in the mountains and the beach is said to contain tens of thousands of negative ions -- Much more than the average home or office building, which contain dozens or hundreds, and many register a flat zero. Negative ions are invisible, have no taste and are odorless. They can be found in the mountains, the park, along the beach and yes, in your shower. These ions have been found, by medical researchers, to counteract the ill effects of air pollution. Medical studies point to a direct link between urban air pollution and heart and lung diseases.

"Generally speaking, negative ions increase the flow of oxygen to the brain; resulting in higher alertness, decreased drowsiness, and more mental energy, says Pierce J. Howard, PhD, author of The Owner's Manual for the Brain. Negative ions are believed to protect us from germs in the air. Long airplane flights, working in office rooms, exercising at the health spa are just a few places that negative ions could be arming us from infection and disease.

Negative ions lift our moods.People have reported that they feel an uplifted mood after a thunderstorm, as well as after walking along the beach. These areas are said to have thousands of negative ion molecules, circulating in the air. The reason we find negative ions at the beach is that these molecules are formed (among other ways) when the ocean water crashes into the sand and rocks. We all have a natural negative ion generator right in our homes, our shower. Yes, as water crashes into our tubs negative ions are formed.

Since negative ions are in the food we eat, and the air we breathe it's necessary we insure that we surround ourselves with these helpers. How can we accomplish this? We can schedule regular visits to parks, the beach, the mountains and waterfalls (including the one in our home, mentioned above). We can eat clean, healthy, alkaline-producing foods, which can increase our negative ion levels.

WHAT ARE IONS?

The Ancients recognized that the air was "Electric", or had an intrinsic charge. Since negative ions are in the air we breathe, it's a reasonable conclusion to believe that the air is "Electric".

Ions are particles, either atoms or molecules, which bear an electric charge. The word "Ion" means "go", or "wander about". c16749d6c0598bd70c8534dd8057dfa4c07d25a339127521b7 http://www.copywritingacademy.co.uk/
